On May 30 2022, EOS was presented with an International CSR Excellence Award 2022, within the Initiatives Category, for its unique training programme, SMILE.
SMILE is designed to heighten customer service levels, by making any interaction - legendary, for both its own employees and for those working in customer facing roles.
More importantly however, SMILE is built upon the core values of EOS in that everything must benefit the environment, sustainable actions and employee contribution and belonging.
SMILE has three main Modules, all of which contain several sub modules. First the obvious customer service element but this is enhanced by EcoSMILE, designed to heighten awareness and promote positive actions towards the environment and sustainability. It also includes uSMILE, designed solely for our employees allowing them to feel as if they belong to something, something that cares. It actively demonstrates and supports our commitment towards wellbeing, health, personal development, support, diversity, ESG practices and inclusion.
