At its core, The Hub is our nerve centre and our base of operations. Currently working on our NSI Gold Accreditation, The Hub consists of:
24/7 Control & Command Centre
Trained & Licensed team dealing with all aspects of health and safety, officers shift patterns and incident reporting
Remote Monitoring
Unlike other ARCs within the Industry The Hub is proactive in its approach, with trained and licensed officers tasked with proactively viewing clients CCTV images, communication and we directly report anomalies, incidents and findings to the client - all in real time.
Alarm Response
With proactive monitoring we respond to alarm activations quickly, ensuring that all required actions are undertaken without delay.
Intelligence Centre
We provide intelligence and crisis communication to clients to allow clients to mitigate risks and make informed decisions
Mobile Services
Control of all mobile support services, such as key holding, mobile patrols and void property inspections. All aspects are managed by the EOS team - all via electronic communication and real time reporting.
CCTV
Our dedicated CCTV monitoring services are proactive in design. Not only do we utilise CCTV on activation but we monitor it when not in activation which allows us to become an extension of your eyes but the reporter and collator of information needed to keep you safe.
